Author(s): Bob Hartman; Woody Fox (Illustrator)
Bob Hartman, well known for his storytelling talents, is tackling Bible stories again Following his popular Storyteller series and his recent bible story books Bob Hartman's New Testament Tales: The Unauthorized Version and Bob Hartman's Old Testament Tales: The Unauthorized Version, Bob is retelling stories for a younger audience, but with the same mischievous slant that made the Unauthorized Versions so much fun.
Lesser known tales are collected together and packed with dialogue and funny details which are set off by Woody Fox's jaunty line illustrations. For existing fans of Bob Hartman, as well as those new to his writing, this book for young story lovers provides excellent read-aloud material for schools and children's groups.
Bob Hartman is a performance storyteller par excellence. He has been entertaining audiences on both sides of the Atlantic for over 15 years with his books and performances, which bring together retellings of Bible stories and traditional tales from around the world with his own imaginative stories.
